OUR MENU

Everything on our menu is made by James.

Our breads are all naturally leaven made using our own "Mother", Organic  T65 bread flour and 80% hydration baked in our Rofco bread oven.

Once again we are seeing a huge increase in food preferences, allergies and intolerances

As a very small kitchen run solely by James our ability to cater for all dietary requirement is greatly impacted when we have such an influx of specific needs.

Therefore we are unable to cater for multiple food allergies whilst running a small seasonal menu.

Allergies not disclosed at the time of booking will NOT be catered for on the spot.
