OUR MENU
Everything on our menu is made by James.
Our bread is a natural leaven made using our own "Mother", Organic T65 bread flour and 80% hydration baked in our Rofco bread oven.

As a very small kitchen run solely by James our ability to cater for all dietary requirements is extremely restricted.
Given the size of our kitchen & the produce we specialise in we are unable to accommodate the following fish/shellfish allergies, dairy allergies, wheat allergies, nut allergies, vegan.
It is unfortunate that due to a constant overwhelming barrage of dietary requirements, preferences and individual demands we have had to take this stance.

Allergies not disclosed at the time of booking will not be catered for on the spot.

CANCELLATIONS:
As a very small restaurant late cancellations/no shows can be very damaging for our business.
